We are currently looking to recruit an Event Coordinator to play a vital role in our team to coordinate the assigned events and trade shows and assist with the service of all our clients in the planning process. This challenging role is a unique opportunity to play a part in building the brand of one of Australia’s leading independent events companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Event Services Manager in the management and coordination of event exhibitors
- Coordinate assigned events and service all clients in the planning process through to event delivery.
- Plan and coordinate all arrangements related to assigned groups to ensure the success of the event and promote repeat business.
- Identify and communicate the needs of the customer to other internal departments to ensure proper service throughout the delivery of the event.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new innovations, improvements to processes, and improvements or upgrades to existing products and services.
- Travel onsite with a small team to complete delivery of events, both within Sydney and interstate throughout the year.
- Ideally bring extensive event planning experience to a large event, convention exhibition & multi venue coordination capacity
- Preferably possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar style role around exhibitions
- Be an enthusiastic individual with a high level of customer service, personality and an ability to work well with the team
- Be capable to stretch across a variety of tasks pre-show and onsite, and have the right attitude towards overcoming obstacles, challenges and delivering a successful event
- Ideally, although not required, have some experience using an Event Management System or CRM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
