**The Role**

We are currently seeking a passionate and service-obsessed Food & Beverage Manager to lead the food & beverage operation (Restaurant and Banquets, including weddings) at Peppers Manor House. Reporting directly to the General Manager the primary responsibilities for this hands-on position include, but are not limited to:

- Provide a creative and insightful approach to maximising opportunity in each service period
- Utilise your extensive knowledge of fine wine and exceptional service to not only provide first hand but also ensure the team deliver memorable experiences
- Draw on your strong leadership skills to engage, motivate and develop your team and create a positive workplace culture
- Work alongside the Executive Chef to create Menus as well as Wine and Beverage Lists
- Manage all operational requirements of the Food & Beverage Department
- Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department including, but not limited to, rostering, reporting, packages and promotions, recruitment, people management, stocktake and ordering
- Drive revenue and increase exposure

**About You**
- Hold a valid NSW RSA
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a similar business
- Sound operational experience of conferencing, weddings and events
- Demonstrated ability to work within allocated budgets, stock control and rostering
- Strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise with sense of urgency
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per anum (HIGA Manageial Above Award)
