Our Client is the CEO and Founder of a leading Australian brand with products spanning grocery, pharmacy, and healthcare channels. Founded 30 years ago by this reputable industry professional, the business has grown to export to over 25 countries with warehouses in 3 continents and products in over 8,000 store fronts in Australia.
This is a true one-on-one PA position with Key Responsibilities including:
- Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO
- Events Management for in person courses which will be held both locally and interstate
- Managing administrative and maintenance coordination requirements for multiple properties (commercial and residential), including assisting with an office refurbishment and relocation
- Organising travel including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Managing expenses, bills and credit card reconciliations
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Providing general administrative and ad hoc support as required
- Managing personal errands (eg. dry cleaning)
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Standard hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and please note this is a full-time office-based position (Frenchs Forest location). There will be occasional requirements to travel (within Sydney and interstate) for events so willingness and ability to travel is required, as is own car and drivers license. Some out of hours work for events will also be needed, although this won't be frequent and time in lieu can be provided.
A guide on salary is $120K + Super which is negotiable for the right candidate.
