**Your New Role**

Working between our Macquarie Park head office and our South West masterplanned communities, your duties will include generalist sale and administrative support and coordination, including but not limited to:

- Assisting sales and customer service team members with general business, administrative projects and/or ad-hoc duties including training in computer systems and processes as required
- Liaising with developers, agents, legal representatives and sales/ marketing staff on a regular basis
- Liaising with legal, regarding conveyancing matters on purchased land
- Working closely with the procurement and permits teams for pre-release home and land package preparation, together with the preparation of customer plans
- Facilitate necessary co-ordination and distribution of sales advice to our legal team and developers including responsibility for sales administration workflow & customer service matters for clients up until the point of exchange/ signing of contracts
- Working closely with the customer service team to ensure smooth workflow transitions, post contract signing
- Developing, updating reports, sales research and competitor analysis
- Be the link between sales, drafting, procurement and marketing to ensure accuracy

**About You**
- 2+ years’ sales support and/or customer service experience
- Desire to kick-start long term career in Residential Sales
- High-energy, collaborative and self-motivated
- High level of computer literacy, must be data driven.
- Resilient, driven and highly analytical and attentive to detail.
- Keen and energetic learner with the ability to work autonomously
- Customer focus with amazing Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
