**Job Description**:
**Salary**:$58,000 - 62,000 + Super
Improve the efficiencies and output of the Centre for Aviation (CAPA) Sales team by** assisting the Account Managers and Senior Leadership Team with various administrative tasks** to support the overall operation of the CAPA Membership programme and other revenue generating ad-hoc projects. The tasks involved in this role cover elements of:
- Sales support;
- Client onboarding;
- Reporting;
- Invoicing accounts receivable function; and
- The overall support of the account management team.
About You
**What we are looking for**:
- Demonstrable experience in customer service and/or administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CRM software desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Interest in sales, events and aviation
