This position seeks a Customer Service Extraordinaire who excels at friendly face to face interaction and loves making people feel welcome. You will pride yourself on being accurate in transactions, a great communicator and a reliable team member. Your responsibilities will include Reception Shifts to welcome and farewell our Members and Guests, and included Membership and Reception Duties and Money Shifts which includes.

Coolum Surf Club is an award-winning venue and believe in providing our members and visitors the best possible customer service in a warm and friendly manner. We pride ourselves on the support we offer to our Active Surf Club in saving lives on Coolum Beach and supporting many local Not for Profit Services in Coolum.

You will be required to conduct a Police Check should you be successful at the interview stage.
- **Experience Hospitality Restaurants, Bar & Gaming Industry, Accounts, banking, data entry experience will be highly regarded.**_

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Similar roles held in previous employment for more than 2 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
- Responsible and high degree of integrity
- Availability to commence work early mornings and the flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multi-task and to complete work within in the established deadlines and time frames
- Accurate data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to follow direction & desire to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work within a strong team environment
- Ability to contribute to maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Ability to complete manual handling tasks as required for the role
- Pleasant phone manner
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook Skills
- High levels of accuracy with all financial tasks
- Current RSA or ability to obtain Statement of Attainment

**Salary**: $29.40 - $37.99 per hour
