We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new practice.
As we expand our footprint, we’re on the hunt for dedicated and passionate Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
Position: Medical Practice Receptionist/Administrator
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrator within a medical setting.
- Proficiency in Best Practice software.
- Experience with HotDocs.
- Familiarity with PRODA.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare administration, patient management and billing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage patient flow with poise and efficiency.
- Understanding of privacy regulations and patient confidentiality protocols in Australia.
Role Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, patient queries, and front-of-house tasks.
- Maintain and update patient records.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and other administrative responsibilities.
