We are passionate about aged care and are looking for a **Receptionist /Administration Assistant **to share our passion and join our team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Receptionist / Administrator at Bondi Waters, you will be working Monday to Friday, providing reception, administrative and rostering support to the Facility Manager and the Director of Care.

As our Receptionist / Administrator, you will be a well presented professional with outstanding customer service and administration skills. We are looking for a self-starter with exceptional organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills. You will be a flexible office all-rounder who enjoys working in a busy environment, adding value and contributing to making a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents.

**The successful applicant will hold**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in aged care.
- Well presented with a professional, friendly and welcoming manner.
- Excellent communications, customer service and relationship building skills.
- Task focused with an ability to time manage, prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.
- Aged care experience desired but not essential
