**About the Team**:
AJHolistic is a small company in southern Adelaide dedicated to working with individuals to support them to achieve independence, enhance community engagement whilst encouraging the development of a variety of day-to-day skills.
AJHolistic is dedicated to using a holistic, person-centred approach which allows us to tailor all supports to the individual whilst encouraging our therapists to use their strengths to support individuals to achieve their goals.
**The Role**:
AJHolistic is seeking an experienced receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team. The role will initially be Casual 2 days per week with the position to grow with the company.
The role will be strongly focused on supporting our participants with the initial intake process whilst also carrying out day to day administrations and receptionist tasks.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Provide a friendly and customer focussed reception service.
- Work closely with the Manager and other staff to provide support to our clients, team and participants.
- Act as a primary point of contact for new referrals.
- Liaise between our clients, NDIS and other stake holders
- Facilitate schedules with rostering in conjunction with manager.
- Problem solve and stay calm under pressure.
- Filing & other day to day administrative tasks including but not limited too Data Entry.
- Be part of a team and able to work autonomously.
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:
- Demonstrated reception and administrative support experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge around the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- Monitoring and updating our waitlists
- Ability to use your initiative and be self-directed.
- Highly organised with thorough attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook and Acrobat.
**Desired**:
- Scheduling experience.
- Knowledge around the NDIS pricing limits.
**Required**:
- Hold a current NDIS Worker Check and National Police Clearance or willing to obtain.
- Proof of COVID 19 vaccination.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Flexible hours
- No weekends

- Christies Beach, SA 5165: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- NDIS: 1 year (preferred)
