About the role

Join the Australian Unit Administration team as a full-time Receptionist based in Mermaid Beach, QLD. In this key role, you will provide a warm and professional first point of contact for the company, managing all incoming enquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and visitors.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting clients and visitors, and providing a friendly and professional reception service
  • Handling all incoming phone calls, emails and visitors, and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Providing administrative support, such as managing the company calendar, processing mail and parcels, and organising meetings and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining office supplies and ordering stationery as needed
  • Supporting the wider administration team with various tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office
  • A positive, proactive and flexible approach to work
