About the role

In this role, the Accounts Officer will be pivotal to our operational success.

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconciling bank statements and preparing monthly financial reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of invoices, statements and other financial documents
  • Performing data entry and general administrative duties as required
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate financial information
  • Preparing BAS

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar accounting/administrative role
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or relevant field is preferred
