Purpose of Role: Provide receptionist and general administration support to the Dewatering Business at the Coolum Beach Branch.

We are seeking someone who will be the first friendly and welcoming face to all visitors to Coolum Beach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receiving visitors at reception, greeting, welcoming & directing them appropriately.
- Ensure all contractors are signed and permitted to perform work onsite.
- Maintaining all aspects of company vehicles, registrations, pre-starts, logbooks and maintenance required.
- General office ordering - including Stationary, Uniforms, PPE.
- Monitor and maintain the administration drive, archive and permits registers.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role desirable
- Well-developed verbal and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite programs
- Hold a valid drivers license
