Women’s Housing Company (WHC) is a not for profit organisation that provides low costs housing to women at risk of homelessness. They are an organisation making a real difference in the community.

WHC is responsible for the delivery of quality tenancy management services across a range of housing options, with the purpose of achieving safe, secure housing and assisting tenants to access life-enhancing opportunities.

**About the Role**
This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 6 months with the potential to go permanent. We are seeking someone for an immediate start, with the option to work from a connected office in the Northern Beaches if required.

As the Tenancy Manager with WHC, you'll take on all facets of tenancy management, providing your tenants with high quality tenancy services to support their tenancy and the goals of the organisation.

**To do this, you must have**:
You'll be dedicated and collaborative in your delivery, improving client outcomes and providing exceptional customer service.
- Customer centric approach
- A committed work attitude, able to follow direction and have a high level of self-direction and accountability
- An empathetic approach focused on tenant wellbeing and tenancy sustainment
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, support agencies and community groups to encourage community participation and improve outcomes for tenants - highly desirable
- Experience working with complex issues involving individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and coming from domestic violence - highly desirable

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience in tenancy/property management
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act and/or community housing guidelines
- Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- NSW Drivers licence
- SDM highly desirable
