Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Vicinity Centres Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We're reimagining the way Australians live, work, and play. We own and manage some of the most recognisable and loved retail destinations across Australia.

We're evolving our portfolio into destinations that offer a broad selection of retail, residential, and office spaces. Through our diverse portfolio, data-led decision-making, and nationwide development pipeline, we do things differently.

Lead the shop opening process. Deliver exceptional retail experiences.

About the Role

As a Tenancy Delivery Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful and timely delivery of new tenancies across our shopping centres. You'll champion the shop opening process, ensuring every fit-out meets our high standards and is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with lease obligations.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you'll coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage capital works, and oversee the design and delivery process from start to finish. Your work will directly shape the retail experience for millions of customers.

What You'll Do
  • Own the Delivery Process: Lead tenancy delivery across allocated centres, ensuring smooth openings and compliance with governance and safety standards.
  • Drive Excellence: Monitor progress, resolve discrepancies, and expedite shop openings wherever possible.
  • Manage Projects: Scope, price, tender, and procure works generated by leasing, ensuring cost and program targets are met.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with leasing, design, and operations teams, as well as external contractors and consultants.
  • Champion Quality: Conduct site inspections, review technical plans, and ensure all close-out documentation is completed.

What You'll Bring
  • A degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire safety systems, and architectural components.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools, and budgeting software.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding retail environments.

We live and work by our values of Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus, Collaboration and Excellence.  They are the foundation to everything we do and provide us a north star with which we can shape meaningful places where communities connect.

At Vicinity we embrace and celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive work environment where we attract, retain and develop our people regardless of gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability and age.
