As a National Tenancy Project Coordinator at Dexus, you’ll help to lead and develop the real assets that power our business. How you will make an impact- Responsible for managing tenancy projects across retail assets nationally.- Manage the project process tracking system and update relevant data.- Take part in weekly meetings and analyse meeting minutes to input into tracking system.- Update KPI monthly reporting.- Responsible for commercial reporting for vacancies across assets.- Manage lease plan process.- Generate transactions.- Receive and distribute invoices.- Document management.

About You- Experience in a project support/coordination role within retail shopping centre.- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.- Work independently and as part of a team.
