We have an exciting opportunity for a **Tenancy Coordinator **to join the team. The Tenancy Coordinator is an essential role that ensures the Lessor/Lessee obligations are met and that all base building services are completed in accordance with the Head Contract documentation, to appropriate WHS standards and to the tenant’s ‘Date for Handover’ within their Agreement for Lease.

Further, the Tenancy Coordinator will provide leadership and guidance to the site team to ensure the appreciation, knowledge and understanding of the Tenancy Design & Delivery Process is strengthened across the project and business.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your duties will include (b_ut not limited to_):

- Compose and manage the ‘Master Tenancy Points Schedule’ to reflect the ‘Head Contract - As Tendered’ number of points to be designed and brought to each Tenancy;
- Instruct and coordinate the Architect in their completion of the ‘Tenancy Plans’ upon receipt of the Tenancy Instruction (TI) from the Superintendent;
- Instruct, manage and coordinate the relevant Parkview Sub-Contractors in their completion of the CAT 1 Works to each relevant Tenancy upon approval of the Parkview CAT 1 Variation Quote from the Superintendent in coordination with Parkview’s Site Supervision Staff.
- Manage and escort all prospective Tenants through the site to enable them to inspect the Tenancy during construction as requested by the Superintendent and/or permitted by the Agreement for Lease (AFL)
- Inspect and monitor Parkview’s Sub-Contractors completing the CAT 1 Works within the Tenancy to ensure the quality of works, services coordination and timely completion by the ‘Date for Handover’ within the Tenant’s Agreement for Lease (AFL)
- Call and facilitate Parkview’s 'Handover Meeting' on site at the Agreement for Lease’s (AFL) ‘Date of Handover’ between Parkview, the Tenant, its Shopfitter and Superintendent to each Tenancy
- Coordinate and Complete Parkview’s 'Handover Checklist' to each Tenancy in consultation with the Superintendent, the Tenant, its Shopfitter together with Development’s Principal Certifier
- Coordinate and collate each ‘Occupation Certificate’ (OC) from each Tenant and their Principal Certifier and submit to the Development’s Principal Certifier for assessment and reference in their OC to the Development

**Skills & Experience**:

- Detailed knowledge and Experience of the ‘End to End’ Tenancy Design & Delivery Process
- Construction, Architecture or Engineering degree, or other building related qualification
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar construction environment
- The ability to confidently communicate with internal and external site staff and manage/coordinate accordingly.
- Well organised and self-motivated and the ability to work in a face-paced construction site.
