A leading financial services organisation based in the Sydney CBD

**Your new role**

As the Head of Property and Facilities, you will provide strategic advice and direction on Property and Facilities to the Executive Team and develop and implement the strategic direction for areas of responsibility within the context of the business plan. You will be managing the strategic Property and Facilities plans, governance frameworks and standards to provide a foundation for achieving success in line with the overall strategic priorities and direction

**What you'll need to succeed**

As you will be working within a leading Financial Services firm, you MUST be willing to undertake a criminal records check, have extensive experience in property and facilities, property process and strategic planning skills in policy development, process and implementation. Excellent analytical, organising, time management and prioritising skills, experience with property and facilities systems and processes and sound interpersonal and negotiation skills for liaising, addressing enquiries and developing relationships with managers and vendors are also essential requirements for this opportunity
