You will bring experience within insurance managing high level claims teams with a focus on property claims, assessing and oversight managing builder relationships.

**Your new role**

Working as a NSW State Manager, you will be;
- Be directly responsible for managing the NSW Property assessing team, comprising on Assessors, complex damage assessors and Team leaders.
- Ensuring that all SLA targets are being met and that the team has all the tools required to fulfil their tasks
- Coach and help develop all staff members to produce high standards throughout the team
- Understanding all end to end cost points throughout a claim lifecycle to meet costings targets
- Engaging with head office and other State Managers to create a cohesive national plan for Home Assessing

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Extensive experience in a Senior Leadership role within insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of Home claims or Home assessing
- Valid driving licence
- A Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An attention to detail and strong computer skills
