**Full Job Description**

Our real estate agency has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Property Manager looking to take the next step and progress their career with a top performing agent.

The team is vibrant, progressive, fun and energetic. Working closely with an experienced Property Manager, you'll be given loads of support and training. We use the latest prop technology to run an efficient, paperless office.

It's a collaborative environment where everybody's opinions and suggestions are valued and heard.

**The Role**:

- Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you'll be led by a manager who is always hands-on to help, guide and encourage
- Working with Perspective tenants
- Arranging appointment times
- Creating marketing material
- Processing Applications
- Lease preparation and administrative tasks
- Showing of properties with perspective tenants
- Routine Inspections when required
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Minimal real estate experience
- Enjoys a fast-paced, team environment, be able to think on your feet and problem solve
- Passion for building strong relationships and helping people is essential.
- Holds an Assistant Agent Certificate/License
- A current Driver’s License and your own vehicle.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Norwest Business Park, NSW 2153: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Property Certificate of Registration (required)

- Australia (required)
