With the intention of further growth from their current headcount of 70, to 140 in the coming years, the Leadership Team realise that they need an expert Department Manager / Head of Property Management to ensure sound practices are in place and the company has ‘best in industry’ standards and leadership.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the CEO with phenomenal support from both a GM and Head of People and Culture you will be able to focus purely on the PM Department and be responsible for the following:

- Review all current systems and procedures to ensure the Department is well poised for continued growth
- Team management including monitoring KPI’s and expectations, and managing all elevated issues
- Create and implement a training schedule for educating & development of the team
- Ongoing strategy and business planning
- Conducting regular team meetings
- Staying abreast of Industry and Legislative changes
- Be the ‘thought-leader’ and brand champion for the Department

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- You will be an experienced Senior Property Manager or Department Head
- Come with strong experience in leading a team
- You will be able to be both high-level strategic while still running the day-to-day of the Department
- Have a demonstrated track record implementing change
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Act
- Real Estate Certificate as a minimum, with a License preferred plus a Car and Drivers License
