TK Property is seeking a true leader to lead, mentor, and empower a team of senior property managers, assistant property managers and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations within a multi site operation, ensuring legislative compliance and service excellence
· Be the primary point of contact for the Property Management team & seek to improve individual team member knowledge and professional development
· Drive a high performance culture focused on KPIs, client satisfaction, and accountability
· Identify and implement opportunities for innovation & service improvement
· Manage team recruitment operational rosters
· Resolve complex landlord and tenant matters with professionalism and accuracy
· Influence change and contribute to the long-term success of the business
· Assist the BDM with lead conversion where required & be a caretaker a small portfolio during POD growth prior to handing over to the new PM.
About You
To be successful in this role you must have a demonstrated ability to manage a high performing team of Property Managers as well as a detailed working knowledge of PropertyMe. Essential experience will include:
· 10+ years of experience in Property Management, with deep operational and legislative knowledge
· A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, guiding and inspiring team members to exceed client expectations
· Experience developing property management systems & strategies that drive growth, operational improvement, and team engagement
· A detailed knowledge of PMe, the ability to do daily receipting, mid & EOM when required as well as portfolio auditing and reporting
· Deep understanding of Queensland residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
· DriveKPIs, team performance, systems, and service standards.
· Play a key role inshaping culture & driving innovation within the business
· A demonstrated ability to Influence change and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
· Current Queensland Real Estate Licence
