**Your Mission**:
The Head of Sales takes responsibility for new business growth measured by monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets. The Head of Sales will be a direct contributor to the revenue goals set for new business as well leading a team of Territory managers to meet and exceed their monthly revenue targets.
**Responsibilities
- Take accountability for ANZ sales performance
- Meet and exceed business sales targets and expectations month on month.
- Take responsibility for driving sales activities to maximise new customer acquisition
- Develop and scale sales pipeline, ensuring that we are able to move a large number of opportunities from lead through to closed won
- Co-ownership of the sales pipeline for agencies with over 1500 properties
- Meet prospects regularly
- Position PropertyMe strategy
- Give weekly updates to CCO on velocity and interest in change
- Coach, train, motivate and lead a team of territory managers
- Coaching, regular 1:1’s, performance reviews and advice
- Maintain sales playbook to ensure that team has strong, up to date knowledge and tools to exceed target
- Keep your finger on the pulse to ensure competition, pricing and product gaps are well understood and communicated throughout the organisation
- Foster an effective sales culture that learns together
- Work with the wider business functions to maximise team success - from launch plans, to campaign management and measurement of results
- Provide regular and accurate sales reporting and forecasts and ensure the team keep Salesforce dashboards up to date
- Nurture industry relationships
- Leverage partner and extended network opportunities

- A proven track record of sales pipeline management in a B2B environment
- People management - you know the triggers to improve performance
- Superior commercial acumen and strategy implementation, you know what the numbers are saying and are results-orientated
- Strength in organisation, time management and attention to detail, you actively listen and let others speak first
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, where your communication and negotiation skills are what set you apart
- Robust personal resilience, you are a highly motivated team player with a strong personal drive, and you are the brand ambassador for your business.
- Property Experience preferred
