**THE COMPANY**
This organisation run a lean team, working on huge projects with well known brands across Victoria.

They offer a hybrid working model once training has been completed in their Collingwood office. Once this is done, move to one-day from home, and eventually to two or three days per week remote working

**THE IDEAL APPLICANT**
Great transferrable skills - this industry is very unique. It will suit an someone who has worked within a process driven environment, preferably with a compliancy and admin focus.

This person will enjoy providing stand out customer service, project work, and have exposure to a data driven environment.

**CAREER GROWTH**
This applicant will eventually take the lead on projects, running these from end to end, dealing with stakeholders, problem solving, and creating a tailored service. Someone looking to learn and develop is key

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be part of an established Service Delivery Team
- Learn a new set of skills, lead by a knowledgeable and energetic Director
- Planning, coordination and daily job management of client projects
- Support and assist the team across various daily tasks
- Provide solid administrative skills to the business
- Leverage your interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills to build relationships with various external stakeholders

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A positive attitude and clear, professional communication style
- A desire to learn new technology and upskill
- An organised approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and learn procedures quickly
- Proven stakeholder management skills and customer service focus
- Strong MS Office skills
