Looking for a role that fills your cup? Good news, T2 Tea is looking for an HR Administrator to join its passionate team.

About The Role
Reporting to the HR Coordinator, the HR Administrator will support the seasonal recruitment process by providing excellent administrative and systems support for our people and retail teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end administration of seasonal recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate contracts, right-to-work checks, and employee records.
  • Assist with rostering queries, timesheets, and payroll preparation.
  • Provide first-line HR support for employees and managers.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy during a high-volume period.
  • Assist with seasonal HR projects and reporting as needed.

About You

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar support role (retail experience highly regarded).
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field or near complete (preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness and enthusiasm to learn
  • Confident with HR systems and Microsoft Office (experience with Rippling, and Deputy whilst not a pre-requisite would be beneficial)
