The position advertised is for a customer service agent providing day-to-day administrative support to our sales team to ensure smooth end to end sales procedures.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Check the adequacy of sales related documentation and where necessary, retrieve relevant documents from clients
- Lodge paperwork with the relevant industry and government bodies
- Take inbound and outbound customer service calls from customers
- Complaint management
- Liaise with installers, sales agents and customers to assist with scheduling
- Customer retention
- Update internal databases with account information
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
- Daily reporting of campaign results
- Working to installation KPI's
- Identify shortfalls within the sales/customer service process and propose improvements
- Creating invoices when required
WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU
- Natural customer service skills with a strong work ethic
- Quick learner with high attention to detail
- Proven work experience in customer service, scheduling, reporting
- Excellent computer skills covering MS office, CRM and excel
- Great organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience with complaint management is preferred
- MUST be available for full time hours and have the ability to commit to a minimum of 12 months with the company
