Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

**THE ROLE**

We are seeking to appoint an innovative Health and Safety Manager to join our progressive joint venture on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting directly to the HSEQ People and Community Director and working closely with the North Delivery Team Executive Operations Manager and Senior Leadership team, this role is primarily accountable for the strategic leadership of our Health and Safety ecosystem to support program delivery, business performance and a positive and consistent Health and safety culture. This role will require professional leadership and influencing capability to deliver transformational change in culture and performance across the NDT.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience in a Senior leadership Health and Safety role in a complex environment such as Industrial, Building, Construction or Maintenance
- A proven track record for leading change programs that have measurable benefit
- A Proven record of providing leadership and influence to executive senior leaders with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in leading effective change, governance and assurance in a multifaceted health and safety environment
- Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety (or equivalent).
