About The Opportunity
The
Digital Health Analyst
plays a key role in translating frontline clinical and operational needs into effective digital health solutions. This role supports the design, configuration, and implementation of digital programs that enhance workflows, compliance, and patient outcomes across NSW Health facilities.

Contribute to NSW Health's digital transformation by designing and implementing modern, compliant health technology solutions that improve care delivery and operational efficiency. You'll work across multidisciplinary teams using clinical informatics tools, digital workflow systems, and NSW Health applications to shape the future of digital healthcare across the state.

In This Role, You Will

  • Partner with subject matter experts/ clinicians to map and optimise current and future state workflows, ensuring safe and efficient clinical practices.
  • Provide expert clinical insight throughout all stages of system implementation — from configuration to testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Act as the key liaison between clinical users and project teams, using effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and support successful outcomes, translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Drive change adoption using the Program Change Management framework to embed sustainable workflows and realise project benefits.
  • Contribute to the development of training resources and ensure alignment with clinical safety standards and operational readiness.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Clinically grounded - holds tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or Health Information Management) or have extensive public health experience.
  • Digitally savvy with the ability to understand and apply technical concepts in clinical system design and configuration.
  • Extensive Cardiology related experience (clinical, technical, or administrative) is highly desirable
  • Skilled at engaging clinicians, technical teams, and project stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Detail-focused and is comfortable managing complex documentation and ensuring accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Solution-driven - motivated to improve health service delivery through data-informed and user-centred digital innovation.
