**Team and Role Purpose**:
To support Aspect to maintain a working environment that provides for the health, safety and wellbeing of workers and visitors to our workplaces.

**What you will do**:

- Provide hands on support implementing and delivering Aspect’s Safety Management System to designated high risk areas, including Construction Works and Property Maintenance
- Assist Managers/Principles, Employees and Contractors to achieve high standards of safety performance
- Assist with Workplace Health and Safety Audits and inspections
- Support Corrective Action processes
- Initiate actions to improve health and safety within area of responsibility

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualification or equivalent (eg vocational qualification plus relevant experience) in work health and safety or a related discipline
- Strong working knowledge of work health and safety legislation and relevant codes and guidelines
- Demonstrated experience in work heath and safety risk management and remediation a range of workplace settings, including capital works / construction projects
- Valid driver’s licence, and willingness and capacity for frequent metropolitan and regional travel (NSW) and intermittent interstate travel
