Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water’s North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire. Confluence Water is Sydney Water’s partner in providing outstanding services to Sydney’s northern communities over the next ten years.

Reporting to the Safety and Wellbeing Manager, we have an opportunity for 2 X Safety and Wellbeing Advisors on a permanent, full-time basis. To support Confluence Water rapidly growth, these tactical roles will inspire and support the operational team along the strategic maturity journey. As we partner with Sydney Water across the region that we service - (north of Sydney Harbour) you will continually ensure our 'zero harm' objectives and targets are communicated effectively to all stakeholders and are maintained to a high standard.

**ABOUT YOU**
- WHS qualifications: Although not mandated, Tertiary qualifications in a Workplace Health and Safety discipline will be highly desirable
- Training and assessment CERT 4 also desirable.
- Passionate about positive change, behavioural safety, safety differently - setting us up for success.
- Have a diverse background of experience across multiple construction disciplines
- Strong investigation skills: Focusing on root cause analysis rather than symptoms
- Be a strong influencer and communicator
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Current Driver’s License
- Construction White Card
