**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive **Talent Acquisition Resourcer** to join our fast-paced TA team. This is a **high-volume role** where you may be managing **30+ active roles at once**. Speed and accuracy are key - you’ll be driving a fast turnaround, working across multiple requests at the same time, and keeping everything moving.

This role is ideal for someone with **junior to mid-level experience** who enjoys the **transactional, numbers-driven side of recruitment**, and thrives in a structured, high-output environment.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage high-volume recruitment of Disability Support Workers and Mental Health Support Workers
- Partner with multiple hiring managers - take briefs, provide updates, follow up on feedback

**What we’re looking for**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in **high-volume recruitment** (agency or in-house)
- Comfort working with **large applicant numbers** and tight deadlines
- Experience in disability/NDIS or aged care desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in a **fast-paced, transactional environment**:

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
