**A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE**
To support our growth plans, we are currently seeking a
- **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our HR Team within our
- **Head Office Branch located in Wetherill Park.**

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and deliver end to end acquisition support and talent solutions. It is a busy role, and we'll need you to be highly organised, quick to action, responsive and communicative.**Exciting Challenges**

**MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL**
- Use sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent such as SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media sourcing and referrals.
- Collaborate and partner with internal hiring managers for their talent requirements.
- Create advertising strategies that attract best-in-field applicants.
- Report recruitment statistics and key trends on a quarterly basis to the leadership team.
- Partner with stakeholders to upskill and improve capability through refined recruitment and selection practices.
- Provide support and coaching to hiring managers to ensure process to fill roles is undertaken within agreed times.
- Assist the HR Department with admin tasks as required.

**We Need Your Skills**

**A LITTLE ABOUT YOU**

To be successful within this role, you will have:

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience within in a similar role or function.
- Ability to build relationships across the organisation with strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced reporting and MS Office skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Qualifications in Human Resources or related field highly desirable_
