**Position Overview**:
As the Talent Acquisition Partner at RØDE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by attracting and retaining top talent across various functions. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that aligns with our business objectives and culture. This position demands an understanding of design and manufacturing industries, and a passion for connecting with talented individuals who share our commitment to innovation and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with the P&C team to optimize recruitment processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to inform recruitment strategies.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, analyse hiring trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent RODE at industry conferences, job fairs, and other networking events to promote our employer brand and expand our talent pipeline.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruiting role within the tech industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for audio technology and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry developments and innovations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Prior experience recruiting for a manufacturer or distributor of professional audio equipment.

Please note this is a 5 days per week on site role.
