- Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting exceptional individuals who will contribute to our company's growth and culture. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

**Exciting Challenges**
- Use sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent such as SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media sourcing and referrals.
- Collaborate and partner with internal hiring managers for their talent requirements
- Create advertising strategies that attract best-in-field applicants.
- Report recruitment statistics and key trends on a quarterly basis to HR Manager.
- Collaborate with HR/Learning & Development team on various projects

**We Need Your Skills**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience within in a similar role or function.
- Ability to build relationships across the organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced reporting and MS Office skills.
