YOUR NEW ROLE
Working in collaboration with our People and Safety Team, you will act as first point of contact for team member enquiries. You will be responsible for providing support across recruitment, onboarding / offboarding and administration duties.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as a point of contact for new and existing employees for general Human Resources queries
- End-to-end contract administration, including drafting, issuing, and following up the return of employment contracts for new and existing team members, and ongoing maintenance of consolidated trackers
- Complete new team member activities across the first 90 days, including managing
- Manage right to work activities including Visa's to ensure compliance to legislation
- Maintain and update accurate Employee information including pay records, employee files, time and attendance records.
- Manage activity and compliance of team member benefit programs
- Maintain People resources, information, tools and documents on relevant platforms
