We are currently looking for a Fleet Administration Officer to join our Fleet Team. This role provides administrative and operational support to ensure the effective delivery of fleet management services and lease products. You will contribute to the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of fleet-related processes and supports internal teams and external stakeholders through timely coordination and communication.
**What you'll do**
- Provide administrative support for the delivery of lease products and fleet management services.
- Prepare lease quotes and associated documentation to assist with settlement processes.
- Ensure all quote-related materials are accurate, compliant, and delivered within required timeframes.
- Manage vehicle registration processes, including renewals and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and process vehicle infringements and nominations, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee toll account setup and process toll notices for fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate fuel card setup and distribution for fleet vehicles.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Support the tracking and reporting of sales pipeline activities.
- Assist with client follow-ups and communications to support sales and service delivery.

- Minimum 2 years' administration and customer service experience
