**The Opportunity**
Due to the growth of our operations in Sydney, we have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Program or Project Administrator to join our team.

**About You**
Plan and undertake administration of organisational programs, special projects, and support services.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Work with project managers, engineering professionals, and directors to ensure that business goals and budgets are met
- Responding to queries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects and services provided
- Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services provided
- Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
- Have a Diploma and 2 works experience
- Have demonstrated experience in all aspects of cost control
- Have demonstrated experience with civil or utility infrastructure projects
- Be accurate and attentive to detail
- High attention to detail, information process and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of motivation and excellent time management and organisational skills
