About the Role
Based at the gatehouse, you will be the face of the operation — greeting drivers and visitors, managing bookings and ensuring compliance and paperwork are spot-on. You will play a vital role in keeping the warehouse and transport operations running efficiently every day.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule incoming trucks, ensuring smooth site flow and minimal delays
- Process driver paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clear and precise documentation, including spreadsheets and invoices
- Greet and assist truck drivers and visitors professionally
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar transport administration, gatehouse, or scheduling role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — confident dealing with drivers, warehouse teams and visitors
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Solid computer skills, including intermediate Excel, Manhattan system experience is a bonus
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability to commence work
