EzyMed was founded over 20 years ago providing aged care administrative support to Pharmacies as well as providing reporting, consultation and Medication Review services to aged care facilities.

We aim to equip pharmacies with the tools to revolutionise the way pharmacies handle and administer DAA’s to persons in the Pharmacy or Aged Care Facility. We can cater to all Pharmacies and Aged Care Facilities Australia wide.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Logistics Operations Management: Plan, coordinate and monitor warehousing, inventory and transportation activities.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure timely procurement.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all logistics activities comply with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory systems to maintain optimal stock levels and implement effective control procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency using data analytics.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate product delivery.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the logistics budget, controlling costs to achieve financial targets.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Delivery Performance: Target on-time delivery rate of 98% or higher and order accuracy rate of 99% or higher.
- Inventory Management: Optimise inventory turnover rate and aim for zero stock-out incidents.
- Cost Efficiency: Minimise logistics costs as a percentage of sales and achieve annual transportation cost reductions.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain a 100% compliance rate with health and safety regulations and zero safety incidents.
- Supplier Performance: Achieve a supplier on-time delivery rate of 95% or higher and quality compliance rate of 98% or higher.
- Process Improvement: Implement at least 3 process improvement initiatives annually, achieving targeted efficiency improvements.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher and minimise logistics-related complaints.
- Team Performance: Achieve an employee satisfaction and engagement score of 85% or higher and ensure 20 hours of training and development per employee annually.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
