
Administrative Assistant/receptionist

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our visitors and clients. **Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
3. Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, making sure it reflects the professionalism of our company.
4. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for senior executives.
5. Coordinate and book travel arrangements for the team when necessary.
6. Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
7. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other office-related documents.
8. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
9. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
10. Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.
11. Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped.
**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
8. Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
**Salary**: $43,180.02 - $68,799.88 per year
