**Project Coordinator - Trade Shows, Retail Pop-ups**

**The Role**

We’re seeking a Project Coordinator with plenty of initiative and a can-do attitude to join our growing team. This entry-level role would suit a recent graduate or event/ project coordinator with some related experience. The position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, active, organised and who thrives on variety and is interested in helping make projects come to life from concept, production through to completion.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our small creative team while also working alongside our wider network of suppliers and builders, to ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard for our clients. You’ll split your time between our creative office/warehouse and on-site assistance and supervision, including interstate travel for projects.

**About you**:

- Excellent time management and multitasking.
- Previous experience in exhibitions/events or similar preferred but not essential.
- Proactive and resourceful, spotting challenges early and finding solutions quickly.
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished results.
- Driven to finish tasks and see projects through to the last detail.
- Positive and collaborative, keen on building strong relationships with clients, partners, and the team.
- Great written and verbal communication: must keep clients, suppliers, and team members aligned with clear and confident updates.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Must be able to travel interstate regularly and work occasional weekends.
- Excited by the variety of exhibitions, pop-ups, and activations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating project deliverables
- Preparing estimates and quotes
- Sourcing, ordering, picking and packing small furniture, decor, and other items
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics providers
- Managing freight, couriers, and deliveries
- Acting as a client/supplier point of contact for project requirements and updates

**Design Support**
- Reviewing 2D plans and 3D drawings, assisting with approvals and detailing
- Translating design concepts into drafting estimates and quotes

**On-Site Supervision**
- Acting as on-site point of contact and support on stand builds at exhibitions, events, and pop-ups.
- Building strong relationships with our partner suppliers
- Be hands-on with styling, decorating, and finishing touches.
- Troubleshooting issues on-site with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Travelling interstate to ensure smooth project delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
