3. To support our strateg growth and operational efficiency, we are now seeking an experienced Tech/Electronic Repairer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-faced, global environment and contribute to the smooth execution of business operations. We offer a competitive remuneration package ($70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation) and a supportive workplace that values professional development and career progression.

The successful candidate will need to satisfy the following criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications in computer science, project management, logistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Tech/Electronic Repairer, preferably in computer industry with background of logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven technical and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and perform repair task in laptop/tablet/security camera etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Extensive and ERP system.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Tech/Electronic RepairerTech will be responsible for:

• Performing daily repairing tasks on electronic product to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinating resources, meetings, communications, and documentation for projects and programs.
• Liaising with clients, business owners, and senior management to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
• Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and supporting the implementation of repair task and decisions.
• Maintaining CRM and compliance records to ensure seamless handover and reporting accuracy.
• Ensuring all task done is documented, current, compliant, and accessible.
• Gather supporting materials, track deadlines, and maintain task registers
• Overseeing repair order performance, monitoring progress, and reporting on work order variations.
• Preparing and reviewing submissions, reports, and documentation concerning client repair orders.
• Collecting and analysing project data, and reporting outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
