About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the trusted guide for our online customers as they bring their bathroom, kitchen, and home renovation projects to life—from product selection through to delivery.

This position combines exceptional customer service with a passion for interior design, making it ideal for someone who loves beautiful spaces and thrives in a dynamic retail environment. It's also a fantastic stepping stone into our sales team for those eager to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide warm, professional service to walk-in customers, online enquiries, and trade clients.


• Guide clients through product enquiries across Bathware, tiles, fittings, and finishes.


• Prepare and process accurate quotes, invoices, and special orders.


• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment.


• Manage customer communications throughout the renovation journey.


• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Pitch in across the business as needed in a small, hands-on team.

About You

You genuinely enjoy helping people bring their renovation ideas to life, communicating clearly, and juggling multiple tasks with care and precision.

You'll bring:


• Experience in customer service and/or retail (renovation/interiors/building products a plus).


• Strong organisation and excellent attention to detail.


• Confident, professional communication with customers and suppliers.


• Solid computer skills are an advantage.


• A collaborative mindset and interest in design.


• A passion for home design, interiors, or construction.
