As a Sales Rep/Account Manager at Kwik Kopy Bankstown, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships and building the growth of the business while hunting for new clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our clients' printing needs, communicate those requirements to our production team, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the bridge between the client and our production team, ensuring a smooth and seamless printing process.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management**_: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.

- Needs Assessment**:_ Understand client requirements, provide printing solutions, and make product recommendations as needed.

- Project Coordination**:_ Manage print orders from inception to delivery, including but not limited to estimating costs, setting timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

- Quality Assurance**:_ Perform regular quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet the client's expectations and quality standards.

- Communication**:_ Keep clients informed about project progress, with the ability to address any questions, concerns, or changes in a timely and professional manner.

- Problem-Solving**_: Being able to proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Sales and Growth**_**: Identifying new opportunities for additional print projects and grow the business through with a pipeline of potential new clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in Sales Rep/Account Manager or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of printing technologies and processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
