Administration Office Person

**Job description**
We’re seeking a strong-minded Administration person, who shares a vision of success, you will bring your confidence, your ability to organise the office and take control of all Office procedures.
The company supply to the mining industry, Government, schools etc, they are well known for success, the products are in strong demand, they are the leaders and in demand. You can get this office under control with your ability to achieve great outcomes. The work within the Concrete and transportable home industry.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Data Entry (invoices, purchases etc)
- Attend to new employees and do up letters of offer, maintain HR files
- Assist with OH&S
- Organise any training required for new employees/inductions
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Administration duties - typing of correspondence
- Liaise with stakeholders in the absence of the Director
- Monthly reporting
- Maintain a neat and tidy office - Attend to stationery and office supplies
- Answer the telephone and direct calls, or attend to the calls were needed
- Ad hoc duties associated with being part of a dynamic and evolving company
- Skills required: Microsoft Word, Excel (a must have) some accounts, strong Administration skills
**THE CANDIDATE**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ensuring accuracy
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate an enthusiasm and determination to perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
- Self-motivated and team player, proactive to see things that need doing
- Reliable, with strong work ethic - work unsupervised
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in Construction or modular home industry, highly regarded but not essential
- Own transport
**Criteria**
Qualifications - at least 3 years in an office environment
Knowledge, Experience and Skills - strong Microsoft Office and excel skills
Personal Attributes - Ability to relate and communicate well with a variety of people - Good customer service attitude - Able to work independently as well as part of a team - Be motivated, reliable and honest with a proactive approach to work - Be organised with good attention to detail - Good time management and ability to prioritise
Work Requirements - National Police Clearance
**Salary**: $65,585.93 - $70,000.00 per year
