**About**

McDermott Aviation is one of Australia’s largest Helicopter Companies, who have an exciting opportunity available within our Engineering Services Team as a Technical Records/Administration Officer. This is a diverse role where you will also be required to handle other functions within the business including Stores, Support and Technical Records duties, as required.

We are seeking a diligent, down to earth individual who has a strong ability to focus on detail and procedures, supported by excellent communication and prioritisation skills.

This is a challenging position, where the ability to work autonomously; to fix problems as they arise, is essential.

**Primary Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Administration Duties_
- Document Control
- General office duties and daily office organisation
- Assisting Base Manager with hangar duties
- Support_
- Assist with the coordination of crew houses and rental cars
- Stores_
- Maintaining SDS compliance
- Monitoring and maintaining Component shelf life, Part inhibiting schedules and Ground Support Equipment maintenance
- Technical Records_
- Maintain aircraft records, aircraft logbooks and component history cards
- Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance targets are achieved
- Data entry and filing

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Prior experience with aviation maintenance tracking programs (Aeronet - preferred)
- Capable of interpreting Aircraft Maintenance documents
- Aviation knowledge - highly regarded

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
