Technical Lubrication Services (TLS) is an Australian owned company specialising in inspection, maintenance & repair of auto lubrication systems commonly found in the mining and refinery sectors.
TLS is part of Tasmea Limited group of companies.
About this role:
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team based full-time in our office in Jandakot. This role would be perfect for someone who would like to join the workforce in administration capacity.
Responsibilities include:

Answering phones, assisting in emails when related to general admin
-
Updating Quote register and preparing it for Board pack
-
Flipping jobs and creating job files.
-
Check schedule to ensure timesheets are signed, chase when required and chase up PO variations
-
Raise PO's for goods and services upon request.
-
Updating Employee payroll reimbursement spreadsheet for EOM processing -
-
Order stationary
-
Close off jobs in MYOB at EOM
-
FTC Schedule maintenance
-
Assist in Auditing documentation
-
Update Policy and Procedures manuals when required.

Airport parking cards – request monthly balance, re-order if required
-
Fuel cards – reorder if required
-
Lease with stores to ensure all delivery dockets are accounted for
-
Check schedule and inform AP of Prelims required for the week
Skills Required:
-
Great, can-do attitude. Willing to learn and be a productive part of the team
-
1 year administration experience - mining or engineering sector (desirable)
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
-
Good written and verbal communication skills and keenness to thrive in a fast-pace, team-oriented environment
