**Your new role**

As a Manager at Slaven Torline you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing strong leadership to a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
- Utilising your in-depth knowledge and expertise in insolvency and restructuring matters to provide strategic advice and solutions to clients.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering exceptional results.
- Mentoring and developing team members, identifying training needs, and providing guidance for their professional growth.
- Assessing and mitigating risks associated with insolvency and restructuring matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven people leadership experience, driving high-performance teams.
- Demonstrable expertise in insolvency and restructuring, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a track record of delivering outstanding results and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
