This leading international travel brand is looking for a highly experienced strategic sales professional with exceptional leadership skills and enthusiasm to join them.
**The Company**
- This highly respected travel company is a leader in their field who believes in providing truly unique experiences for their clients whilst giving back to the community and having a sustainable focus.
- They are currently seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and mentor their sales team through this time of recovery and growth.
**The Role**
- Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for managing and building a successful national sales team to drive market share.
- You’ll work closely with the company’s executive team in establishing strategic sales initiatives to grow local and international trade relationships.
- Grow and manage key existing clients in addition to identifying and successfully winning new business opportunities

**What You Need**
- Previous experience in a Head of Sales or Senior Sales role within the travel industry preferably within sustainable tourism
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and manage a sales budget
- Experience in managing and motivating a team
- Flexibility to travel and attend Expos/Tradeshows as required
