Our mission is to enable the world to make the best financial decisions with their crypto portfolio. We are building the tools to accelerate widespread adoption of cryptocurrency by automating the regulatory hurdles of tax compliance and asset tracking.

**The Role**

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving the company's continued expansion in the AUS market, whilst working to build a high performance Sales team of Account Execs and new business Execs.

You'll also collaborate with the Marketing and Product team to help develop ambitious go-to-market objectives. Our existing customer base ranges from your initial focus within the low to mid-market accountancy sector and slow-burn large enterprise opportunities in the Crypto and SaaS space.

You must be comfortable with SaaS/Crypto, be an impactful presenter and ooze confidence when speaking to C-suite, including accounting partners and personnel, about how the technology can improve the way they work.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage, lead and grow a sales function
- Build and nurture a world-class sales team
- Report to the Head of B2B and play an active role in developing commercial strategy
- Analyse and drive sales performance
- Deliver both new and existing regional revenue targets
- Take a hands-on approach with meetings, RFPs, proposals and demos
- Identify and grow strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with customers to understand what their pain points are to relay back to product and marketing

**Requirements**:

- 3-5+ years in leading/heading up a Sales team in a start-up/scale-up environment
- Experience building a high velocity sales engine
- Deep interest in working for start-ups and the blockchain industry
- Self motivated and willingness to learn and be coachable
- Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment or B2B sales role
- High standards of integrity and trust
- Tremendous work ethic, process driven, and take a scientific problem solving approach to succeed
- Bonus points for experience using Pipedrive or Salesforce
