Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests in our iconic venues around Sydney. We are excited to be recruiting for the event spaces in the Sydney Opera House.
**The Opportunity**
The Head of Sales for The Yallamundi rooms at the Sydney Opera House for Trippas White Group is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the venues sales strategies & leading a dedicated sales team, achieving revenue targets. This role involves strategic planning, team management, client relationship development, and fostering a culture of excellence within the core team. The Head of Sales will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and market trends. This role takes full accountability for the sales strategy and business development for Events at the Yallamundi Rooms.
Developing the strategy, leading, guiding and implementing the sales actions and positioning Trippas White Group in a highly competitive and dynamic market is essential. Well versed Knowledge of the customer group, competitor landscape translated into highly compelling promotions and revenue is essential.
**The Requirements**
- Enthusiastic personality and passion for the industry
- Experienced in event sales (4-5 years+)
- Solid understanding of sales and revenue management and proven ability to source and develop business opportunities
- Creative and solutions driven to assist our business partners
- Ensuring our collective budget targets are achieved through existing and new customers
- Strong people leadership and the ability to manage change and conflict effectively
